Your final price is reviewed and confirmed during our direct conversation with you — not shown as a fixed take-it-or-leave-it number. This allows us to tailor the experience to your exact needs.

We work with you to agree on the most suitable deposit — this could be 10%, 20%, 50%, or the full amount — depending on the tour type, duration, and how far in advance you are booking. There is no single fixed rule; we discuss and decide together what makes sense.

We accept Bank Transfer, Online Card Payment, and PayPal. We will always confirm which options are available for your specific booking during our conversation.

Right after payment is received, you will get a detailed digital invoice showing the exact amount paid, any remaining balance, and a clear breakdown of every service included in your tour.

You can cancel a single-day tour completely free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. No penalties, no deductions — full refund.

Each multi-day trip has its own specific cancellation deadline, which we clearly communicate to you when we agree on your booking. If you cancel before that deadline, you receive a full refund.

If you cancel after the agreed deadline on a multi-day trip, we will still process your refund — however, we must deduct any real, non-recoverable costs already paid to third-party providers on your behalf (such as pre-booked hotel rooms or domestic flights). We will never charge you more than the actual costs incurred.

We charge absolutely zero administration fees on any cancellation. If a refund is due, we return the exact amount we received from you — nothing less.

Refunds are always sent back using the same payment method you originally used. We do not switch methods or ask you to accept payment in a different form unless you specifically request it.

You can add more people to your group or request additional services at any time before the tour. There are no administrative fees for doing so. You only pay the actual cost of the added person or service — nothing more.

Date change requests are handled flexibly and at no administrative cost. However, date changes are subject to availability — if your new date does not have available slots, transport, or hotel rooms, we will work with you to find the closest possible alternative.

All expeditions, activities, and operations organized by NFRT fully comply with the travel and tourism regulations governed by the Egyptian Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities. We hold all required licenses and authorizations.

For your personal safety, the safety of the group, and the protection of historical sites, you are required to follow all safety guidelines and instructions given by your Certified Egyptologist guide throughout the trip. Disregarding guide instructions may result in removal from the tour without a refund.

Photography restrictions, dress code requirements, and area access rules at historical sites and museums must be respected at all times. Your guide will brief you on the specific rules for each location before you enter.
